1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Liberty Belle RX (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on the date it is first advertised and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026. The winner will be drawn on 1 September 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

Are 18 years or older;

Are residents of Australia (unless otherwise stated in promotional materials);

Provide a valid email address and mobile phone number; and

Consent to receive marketing communications from Liberty Belle RX via email and SMS.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

Subscribe to the Liberty Belle RX database by providing a valid email address and mobile phone number via the official competition entry form during the Promotion Period.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

The prize includes:

1 x tailored Liberty Belle RX skincare routine valued at $1,000+;

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted by the Promoter on 1 September 2026 at Liberty Belle RX premises (or another suitable location as determined by the Promoter). The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS within 3 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Consent & Marketing

By entering, participants agree to:

Receive marketing communications from Liberty Belle RX via email and SMS;

Be added to the Liberty Belle RX database; and

Receive updates, offers, and communications relating to Liberty Belle RX products and services.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out instructions provided in communications. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of entries already submitted.

8. Privacy

All personal information is collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes in line with the consent provided. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or where necessary to administer the promotion.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information, or breaches these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. 10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Trade Promotion Permit

If required by relevant state or territory laws, the Promoter will obtain all necessary trade promotion permits.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) carefully before using this website.

1. THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is a legal agreement between Liberty Belle International (ABN: 72 156 087 639) (“Liberty Belle”) and you. By using any of the following websites (collectively, the “Liberty Belle” website), you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Some of our products and services have additional rules, policies, and procedures (“Additional Terms”). Where additional terms apply to a product or service, we will make them available for you to read before use of that product or service. By using that product or service, you agree to the additional terms. Some products, for example, require you to certify certain conditions do not apply before purchase, e.g. a product inappropriate for use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Liberty Belle and all websites that post this Agreement reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to modify or discontinue the products or services provided on the website at any time. If we change this Agreement, we will give you notice by posting the revised agreement on the applicable website. Those changes will become applicable on the revised date.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use any of the Liberty Belle websites. If we change this Agreement, we will give you notice by posting the revised Agreement on the applicable website. You can determine when this Agreement was last revised by referring to the “LAST UPDATED” legend at the top of this Agreement. You should always check this Agreement prior to using the Liberty Belle website. By continuing to use the website, or purchase or use any produce or services from Liberty Belle after the revision date, you agree to be bound by such changes.

2. RESTRICTED USES/ELIGIBILITY

The Liberty Belle website is owned and operated by Liberty Belle. The contents of the Liberty Belle website are copyrighted under Australian copyright laws, and other countries through international treaties. Except as stated herein, none of the material on the Liberty Belle website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any way whatsoever. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, and solely for as long as you are permitted by Liberty Belle to access and use the Liberty Belle website, you may download one (1) copy of any particular materials from the Liberty Belle website for your own personal non-commercial use, provided that you agree to abide by any copyright notice or other restrictions contained in or applicable to such materials, including any author attribution, copyright or trademark notice, or restriction in any such material that you download. Modification of the materials, or use of the materials for any other purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, is a violation of Liberty Belle’s copyright and other proprietary rights. “Liberty Belle Skin Centre” trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos appearing on the Liberty Belle website are proprietary trademarks of Liberty Belle. The use of our trademarks or any other content made available through the Liberty Belle website, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide us with your complete and current registration details. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you must only provide this information with the supervision of a parent or guardian who is eighteen (18) years of age or older.

3. INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH THE LIBERTY BELLE WEBSITE

Your submission of information through the Liberty Belle Website is governed by Liberty Belle’s Privacy Statement (the “Privacy Statement”), located at Privacy Policy. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Statement. You are solely responsible for the information you submit or make available through the Liberty Belle website. You warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of the Liberty Belle website is true, accurate and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as needed so that the information remains true, accurate and complete.

4. REGISTRATION, USER NAMES, AND PASSWORDS

You may be required to register with Liberty Belle in order to access certain areas of the Liberty Belle website; for example, to purchase Liberty Belle products or otherwise initiate Transactions. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a user name or email address that belongs to or is already being used by another person; that may be construed as impersonating another person; that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person; that is offensive; or that we reject for any other reason at our sole discretion. You must be over 18 years of age to register an account with Liberty Belle. If Liberty Belle believes that you are below 18 years of age, or the information you have provided is inaccurate or incomplete, Liberty Belle may refuse registration, or suspend or terminate your Liberty Belle account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the Liberty Belle website, and you agree not to transfer your password or user name, or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to the Liberty Belle website to any third party. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete and accurate. You agree to accept full responsibility for all Transactions (including any information transmitted in connection with any Transactions) and other interactions with the Liberty Belle website that occur in connection with your user name. You agree to immediately notify Liberty Belle of any unauthorised use of your password or user name or any other breach of security related to your account, your user name or the Liberty Belle website, and to ensure that you “log off” and exit from your account with the Liberty Belle website (if applicable) at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.

You release Liberty Belle from and renounce any claim in respect of or arising from any reasonable reliance by Liberty Belle upon any use of your password, including Liberty Belle disclosing information relating to your registration and/or affairs with Liberty Belle. You agree to indemnify and hold Liberty Belle, our officers and employees and assigns, harmless from any claims, actions, suits or costs (including legal costs), or losses by Liberty Belle or any third party due to, or arising out of, reasonable reliance by Liberty Belle, or any third party upon any acts carried out, requests made, or information provided through the use of your password.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT

We comply with all relevant consumer laws, in particular, the Australian Consumer Laws applicable, and we expect users of the Liberty Belle website to respect the law as well. Therefore, while using the Liberty Belle website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. In addition, your use of the Liberty Belle website is conditioned on your compliance with the rules of conduct set forth in this section, and failure to comply with these rules of conduct may result in termination of your access to the Liberty Belle website.

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Liberty Belle website.
Post, transmit, upload or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Liberty Belle Website:Any information or materials that are or may be, or the posting, transmission or use of which is or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful, disrespectful of the views of others or intimidating; (b) defamatory or libelous; (c) fraudulent or tortious; (d) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (e) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right.
Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as “hacking,”
Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file, or program that is harmful or invasive or that may or is intended to damage, hijack, disable, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of, or monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment,
Any information which in any way impinges on another user’s use or enjoyment of the Liberty Belle website.
Any unsolicited or unauthorised advertisements, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letter,” “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation that is not expressly approved by Liberty Belle in advance.
Any personally identifiable information of yourself or another individual, without the prior consent of such individual.
Any material, non-public information about a company, without the proper authorisation to do so.Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Liberty Belle Website or the servers or networks used to make the Liberty Belle website available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks.

The testimonials reflect the actual experiences of each individual, are anecdotal, and may be atypical.

7. ONLINE PURCHASES

When you order a product or products from Liberty Belle, they will be forwarded to you by registered post. The relevant postage fee will be added to your purchase.

You understand that all information, specifications, samples, and items/products provided to you by Liberty Belle are approximations only and, subject to any guarantees applicable under Australian Consumer Law, slight variations, or small deviations, will not entitle you to reject the item/product upon delivery, or to make any claim in respect thereof.

You acknowledge that any advice, recommendation, assistance, information or service given by Liberty Belle, its servants and/or agents is given in good faith, with a belief that the warranty is accurate and appropriate and, you acknowledge that we do not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of your reliance on such warranty, advice, assistance, recommendation, information, assistance or service.

LIBERTY VIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are effective as and from 25 August, 2022 and may be varied from time to time at the discretion of Liberty Belle International Pty Ltd.

Membership

Welcome to Liberty Belle VIP, Liberty Belle Rx’s customer loyalty program (“Liberty Belle VIP” or the “Program" as the context requires). Liberty Belle VIP is offered by Liberty Belle International Pty Ltd. (the "Company") to eligible customers who purchase products on ‘libertybellerx.com’ and who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set out below.

Company will extend certain perks and privileges (“Benefits”) at its sole discretion and as described in more detail on the Liberty VIP website. The Company may, at any time terminate, change, limit, modify or cancel the Program, the available Benefits and/or these terms and conditions by posting the modified rules on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after such posting represents your acceptance of the Program as varied.

Your acceptance of these terms & conditions

By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions together with any additional rules and/or policies of the Program as may be introduced by the Company from time to time. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions and any variations to them. Company reserves the right to disqualify your participation in the Program if the Company determines that you have breached any of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility requirements

The Program is open to Australian and International residents with a registered account at libertybelle.com and who, at the time of registration, are aged 18 years or over. Participation in the Program is limited to individuals only and is further restricted to one account per individual. The Program is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, or other commercial enterprises. Products purchased and Benefits received are for personal use only and not for re-sale or re-distribution.

Registering your account at libertybelle.com

Participation in the Program is conditional upon your registration of an account at ‘libertybelle.com’. Please refer to, and comply with, clause 4 of our website terms and conditions (“Registration, User Names, and Passwords”).

By registering to join the Program, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. It is your responsibility to keep your account and contact details current to ensure the Company is able to notify you of available Benefits and changes to your particular tier status.

If you provide any data that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Company, in its sole discretion, suspects that your registration data is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, the Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate or refuse your continued participation in the Program.

Program communications

You consent to receive marketing communications from the Company via mail, email, SMS and other channels about Liberty VIP promotions, offers, tier status and eligibility for Benefits. You may opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving marketing communications. However, if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Company may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account and/or your ongoing participation in the Program.

Data Privacy

Any personal information that you provide to us in relation to your participation in the Program is collected by us, and able to be used by us, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Returns

Product returns must be made in accordance with Company's return policy, the details of which are available at Returns and Refunds. The amount of any refund made by the Company to you in accordance with our refund policy will also result in the deduction of the number of points from your Liberty VIP account commensurate to the amount refunded.

Tier status and eligible purchases

Program tier status is based solely on the total amount actually spent by you using the email address associated with your registered account on ‘libertybelle.com’.

It is only the amount actually paid by you for products and services at ‘libertybelle.com’ (e.g. excluding promotional discounts and shipping fees) that will count towards your Program tier status. Purchases made with a Liberty Belle gift card will not, to the extent that the purchase is covered by the value of the gift card, be applied to your tier level status. Amounts paid by you for the purchase of a Liberty Belle gift card will be applied to your tier level status.

Redeeming Benefits

Program reward points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions and otherwise intended by the Company. You must not attempt to earn points by any means (including by using any script, bot, data mine, or other automated means) that only simulates applicable requirements.

Your accrued points can only be redeemed by purchasing through your registered account on ‘libertybellerx.com’. You must be signed into your account at the time of purchase to redeem, and must redeem the points within 30 days of receipt. Redemption is for Liberty Belle Rx full-priced skincare only, they can not be used in conjunction with any promotional offers unless stated otherwise and can not be redeemed on Liberty Belle Rx OR Liberty Belle Skin Centre gift cards. In doing so, Liberty Belle has the right to cancel and refund gift card orders and points will be returned to your loyalty account.

Right to revoke

Without limitation to its other rights under these terms and conditions, the Company reserves the right to cancel your participation and membership in the Program and/or to otherwise revoke any or all Benefits accrued, if in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, it is determined that you have breached these terms and conditions or if you have engaged in any deception or fraud in your participation in the Program. In the case of a dispute regarding the Program and any points available to you, the Company’s decision will be final. Upon termination of membership in the Program for any reason, all Program reward points will be forfeited.

No Transfer

Your membership in the Program, and any Benefits accrued or received, are not capable of being transferred purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Any attempt to transfer or assign your membership and/or Benefits will void your account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

Liberty Belle Website terms

The Program and these terms and conditions are not intended to derogate from the general terms and conditions of the use of the website www.libertybelle.com or the terms and conditions of sale of Liberty Belle Rx products and will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Intellectual Property

All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by the Company.
